Cash App is a mobile phone service that allows you to make and receive payments from other people and institutions. While using the app can be easy, you may need to contact the Cash App Support if you are having issues that can’t be resolved in the Frequently Asked Questions sections of the website or app. There isn’t a direct line you can call to speak to a Cash App representative by phone, but you can contact the support team within the app, on the website, and by mail.

If you want to hear instructions over the phone, you can call the number and listen to an automated menu of topics.     • If you would like to speak to a member of the Cash Support team, you will need to request contact through the app or on the Cash App website.

Within your app on your mobile device, tap the circular profile icon in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a menu of options, including the option for “Cash Support.”[4]

    Select “Cash Support” near the bottom of the screen. Scroll down in your app to find the button for “Cash Support” at the very bottom of the screen. Press to select the icon and access the support menu. It will be just above the “Sign Out” button.[5]

    Scroll down the Cash Support Menu and select “Something Else.” The Cash Support menu lists a few general topics that might answer your question, such as “Access Old Account” or “Missing Payment.” If you can’t find your answer here, click “Something Else” at the bottom of the screen. This will give you a larger list of common issues to choose from, and you might find your solution here.[6]

    • Be sure to read through the entire list to see if the issue you’re having is mentioned before you try to contact Cash App.

If you still need help after you’ve looked through the popular topics, click the green “Contact Support” button at the very bottom of the page. This will bring you to a form that you can complete to notify the staff at Cash App that you’re having an issue that you need help with.[10]

    Log in to your account using your email or mobile number. Before you can receive personalised support, the Cash App website will ask you to provide your login information. It will then text or email you a confirmation code that you must enter in order to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see a page titled “Something Else” with a list of common issues and topics.

    Tip: If you don’t have access to the email or phone number for your old account, create a new account and select “Contact Support” to help recover your old one.
