Reciprocal Listings with MLS PIN
CCIMLS and MLSPIN have a reciprocal arrangement where REALTOR® members of each MLS are allowed to have their listing entered into the other for a fee and given it abides by the rules..
We only accept reciprocal listings directly from MLSPIN and not from an individual agent or office. The reciprocal listing should be given to MLSPIN for submission to CCIMLS.
CCIMLS will only accept reciprocal listings from MLS PIN members who are affiliated with a REALTOR® broker , not on a CCIMLS fee waiver, and have an Exclusive listing agreement.
If you are a MLS PIN member and would like to place a property in CCIMLS, contact MLS PIN, 800-695-3000, press 1**.
You may submit reciprocal listings for display in MLS PIN through the Cape Cod & Islands MLS. The fee for submission is $30, by check, made payable to MLS PIN. Your submission must include the following items and should be faxed or emailed to the Cape Cod & Islands MLS at (508)437-7948 or mlssupport@cciaor.com
- Submission cover letter
- Appropriate MLS PIN input form from below
- Your business card
- Listing agreement
- Full detail report of the property
