@frankie7x_eth @Chase I use huntington and havent had any problems with small transactions. I did have a hold of like 14 days when i bought the eth for my shool, but idk if that was the bank or coinbase.

In comes @chase - the legal fears get in the way of good customer support. I get it. It took a lot of patience on no sleep to sort out I had 2 claims that appear to be valid and would cover this issue. We'll see, but my past experience would indicate the paperwork is worth it 7/

@chase @ChaseSupport My child was scammed for $2.4K by “scammers”calling from Chase Customer service number re fraud trans. He provided cell call logs showing their number as incoming, text date/time stamp and video proof. They will not reverse the money. Closing my acct!

Are there any other banking institutions out there that won't constantly try to babysit how and where I use my money? Please let me know, because I have had enough of the nonsense from @Chase bank and them treating me like a criminal instead of a respected customer.

@ChaseSupport trying to send an international wire transfer, but getting no help from your local branch in Stamford or from telephone customer support. Seems to be an issue about Chase not recognizing the Swift code for Lloyds Bank. Please help

@ChaseSupport I spoke with a csr lead in the escalation dept yesterday at 7pm (Kai) and it was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I asked for her supervisor and she denied me. How do I contact the executive office to file complaint?

The second @Chase rep told me that it didn't count. That they have to do an appeal with the bonus area. If I knew Chase didn't support small businesses, I would've taken my business elsewhere. And no, I didn't hear anything about the "appeal."

@Chase folks!!!...this company is money hungry, doesn't care about the needs of the customer, says "let me be your friend and explain things" and in the same breath basically telling you to suck it up and pay us now.....
