One of the best nail salons in Westport. I've been coming here for many years and the service is excellent. Always so warm, friendly and very professional. Never been turned down for an appointment and they take care of people very well. The staff are very honest and caring people. I highly recommend this salon.

Went for the first time and definitely the last. A man did my pedicure and was filing my skin aggressively with the rectangular file. I kept pulling my foot away and saying he was hurting me and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then when he went to put the callous cream on and put my foot in the water the burn was terrible. My skin was raw but bc it wasn't bleeding they did not understand what I was complaining about. I don't think he had experience and he should never give another pedicure. I had a wedding to go to and my skin is now raw and bloody. Should've never paid for the service.

So I will say this place used to be my jam and go to for nails. I feel terrible because Covid definitely affected the quality of their business and unfortunately they now only have three employees max working at a time which means everything is rushed. I no longer love the manicures or think they are worth the time, and pedicures are only good if you get Rosa. Everyone else rushes now because they sadly can't afford to have more employees working. I wish there was some way to change this for the sake of their business because I know a lot of people loved going there!

First Nail became my only nail salon, years ago. It's set back from the Post Road, and has a very quiet and relaxed feel.
Enjoyed relaxing and not having constant chattering all around. Great work, and prices are better than most in Westport.
