This place is extremely expensive for no reason. I took myself and my two daughters under 10. Their nails are so tiny. They didn't give massages to the kids, and they were a bit rude. They charged me 226.56 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. This is robbery. The service wasn't even good. I was shocked. I will never give them a cent.

Don't bother making a reservation if they have walk ins before you waiting your reservation means nothing - better off just taking a chance walking in...bad customer service been going for years but won't be back

i used to be a regular, this by far is the worst service I have ever received. i was passed off to three different manicurists. 7 different people came in and out, my husbands spa pedicure finished and daughters mani and pedi done. I'm still sitting waiting to get my nail polish off.
when I complained to Lee she just shock her head.

If I could do less then 1 star I would. left feeling completely disgusted and nauseated. the only good thing they have going is their orange tree. they are pricey for the area which I was fine with but what completely turned me off was there lack of sanitary methods. they have a sign saying the sanitize their tools but will use a DIRTY NAIL FILE to push back/clean my cuticles like bacteria is not a concern. they have hundreds of clipped nail tips on the floor and just gives this dirty feel which is not what someone wants to see or deal with when they are trying to relax and enjoy a nail/spa day.
