RUN AWAY! Terrible customer service!!! Ladies were laughing at my sisters toes! And we asked for them to put Acrylic. They said $5 each we said sure Ofcourse just make them pretty and even. My sister wanted her toes to be on point. She had couple of nails fall off bc of medical issues. My point is they were arguing amongst themselves and then they didn’t even finish the job correctly or do the massage in the leg like everywhere else. This was just terrible. Money was not a object we wanted to get pampered and have beautiful nails. The picture says it all. The two big toes and the ring toe. Just terrible. Please don’t go here!!!

The employee by the name of May barely spoke to me during the appointment and would shove and pull my hand when it was time to dry them. But she would talk and greet others to which she seemed to favor more. She was rushing SO MUCH and looking away from my nails that the nails burned and she also cut me. The nails looked outrageous. One nails was so far bent down and when I asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes. If you’re going to have a business treat every customer equally. I had the worst experience here. I booked for a refill on acrylic nails and two were broken. The employee by the name of May barely spoke to me during the appointment and would shove and pull my hand when it was time to dry them. I have short nails so I went for acrylic nails. I told her, that I do not like too long nails, she just put the acrylic on top of my base nails. The pedicure service was more like changing the nail polish. I will never go there again.Acrylic nails,Pedicure

I have been coming here for months. I came in yesterday and the lady May said you must be new. No I have been coming here for months and pulled out my nail card which was full. She started talking in a foreign language and was showing my card to all her employees. Apparently you can not go anywhere else to get your nails done which I did with a Christmas gift card somewhere else. Anyway after arguing with me about what I wanted I said just give me a French gel. Quick and sloppy. Lines uneven she didn’t even push cuticles. Pretty sure clipping my hand nails was a last minute thought.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. The owner is great, I also enjoy talking to May, Lisa and Yuki. They always remember my daughter and ask about her if she’s not with me. Everyone is accommodating and friendly! I always get powder gel and my nails grow like wild fire. When I have the money, I like getting massages from Lisa. Yuki and May always do an amazing job on my nails. Sometimes I get my eyebrows done as well!

i used to love this place as they used to do a good job now it’s gone downhill. The person who does my nails, May is constantly looking at the door to see who is coming in and not paying any attention to what she is doing with my nails. I got a maincure and pedicure and the pedicure started peeling on day 3 i went to mexico and my toe nails did not last at all there with the lousy pedicure i got. Won’t be going back. I heard nail factory is way better. They need to step it up big time.

Run Run, I should’ve just turned around, when it took over 10 minutes to explain what I needed to get done. The lack of communication and the lack of expressing customer service is beyond my words I can’t bring myself to explain the awful service I received. The woman caught an attitude with me. It’s not even about the money I wanted the service and I wanted a good job like I literally had to tell her okay I want acrylic on this nail fix it please but I have to tell her to file it down to make you look pretty like I don’t get it I don’t understand it usually when you go in nail salon they make sure that every nail matches and is even and it’s beautiful ridiculous don’t waste your money.

Very disappointed with my final product. Technician didn’t clean my nail cuticles before refilling. Nails were uneven and lumpy. The color I selected was nothing close to the color on packaging. When asked “do you like your nails?” My response “ No”. Practically brushed off. Won’t be returning.
